2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Confirmation

• Receipt of booking confirmation from Pinkbum Studios
• Payment of advance or full payment (if applicable)

2.2 Payment Terms

• Payments may be required in advance, partially, or in full
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or travel

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If cancelled more than 48 hours before the shoot, advance may be refundable or adjustable at company discretion. Less than 48 hours may be non-refundable. Rescheduling depends on photographer availability and operational feasibility.

4. Delivery of Photos and Products

Edited photos will be delivered within the estimated timeline communicated at booking. Timelines may vary based on workload, customization, and operational conditions.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Ensure cooperation during the shoot
• Follow safety instructions for newborn sessions
• Ensure baby safety and comfort

6. Safety and Liability

Pinkbum Studios prioritizes newborn safety. Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the baby at all times. Pinkbum Studios shall not be liable for injuries or medical issues unrelated to photographer negligence.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, videos, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Pinkbum Studios. Full copyright ownership is retained by the company.

8. Usage Rights

Clients may use delivered photos for personal use and social media sharing only. Commercial use, resale, or modification without written permission is prohibited. Pinkbum Studios may use photos for portfolio and marketing unless opted out in writing.

9. Hospital Partnerships

When services are provided through hospital partnerships, hospital policies must be followed. Pinkbum Studios operates as an independent service provider.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of Pinkbum Studios. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, failure to attend the scheduled shoot, or completed services.

11. Website Use

Users must not misuse website content, attempt to hack the site, or copy content without permission. All content is protected by copyright laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pinkbum Studios shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, delays beyond reasonable control, or technical issues. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to unauthorized third parties.

14. Force Majeure

Pinkbum Studios is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, hospital restrictions, pandemics, government orders, or equipment failure.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
